A minimum local delivery fee of $12.00 will be added to each order, for each address within Green Bay. (This fee varies for deliveries outside the city of Green Bay.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Prior to delivery, we will call the recipient to ensure they are home. We do this simply for the fact of keeping our delivery charges as low as possible. If recipient is not at home to accept delivery either a door tag or phone message will be left to notify them they missed a delivery and to kindly give us a call. The shop is closed on Sundays except for funeral deliveries (being sent to a funeral home/ church). Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
